with Cara.

Tell me what you're building.

I take a lot of these calls.

Some of them turn into clients. Some turn into referral partnerships that have quietly sent $4M+ in closed deals back and forth through my network. Some turn into a podcast booking, a newsletter feature, a job board post, an introduction to the exact person the other one of us needed. And some of them are just two people realizing they are building adjacent things and should stay in touch.

All of them are worth 30 minutes.

"Cara is scary good at everything. She can predict market trends and beat other companies to the chase for her clients with a snap of her fingers. She runs an agency that gives hands-on, personalized, caring treatment for every single client and moves faster than lightning. I can't recommend Cara highly enough. Seriously."

Joyce Akiko · Strategic Operations Leader

"Cara has a remarkable ability to identify growth opportunities early and translate them into concrete, measurable outcomes. She leads with clarity, courage, and genuine commitment. Any team would be fortunate to have her guiding revenue strategy and cross-functional growth."

Onis Csadi · Partner, Edenite Enterprises

"One hour with her, and you will walk away with resources, valuable insight, coaching, feedback, and at least three direct actions to take."

Deb Radloff · HR Generalist and Recruitment Coordinator

If you are building something real, odds are good I either know someone who can help or I can help directly.

Book the call. I will come prepared.

Before we talk

If you have a website or a LinkedIn, I will have already looked at it. You do not need to send anything. Just show up.

My camera stays off. These are audio-only calls, on purpose, so caregivers, people with different abilities, and folks in rural areas with limited broadband are equally welcome. Yours can stay off too.
